I'm Joseph Yen, a licensed real estate broker.  I have lived in the Bay Area since 1988 and hence developed a profound, first hand knowledge of the local real estate market from both an agent and resident perspective. My philosophy is simple. I take to heart my clients’ goal of building a better future for their next generation and many generations to come. I work hard for my clients; always treat them with utmost care, patience and respect. Not only do I help my clients buy and sell their homes, I make it a point to guide them in building their fortune through real estate transactions and investments. Having been practicing real estate since attaining my real estate license in 1992, my hands-on experiences has enabled me to effectively negotiate the best deals for my clients, analyze inspection reports, and review complex contracts.  ?   My Attitude and Philosophy: I believe my success as a real estate agent is attributed to my desire to help families find their dream homes and realize their American dreams for success through building equities.        Passion:   Helping people realize their American dream through building equity is my passion. To me the job is about helping people make life decisions that reflect their needs and realize their dreams.  I enjoy working with clients to find the best home and get the best price for my clients when they decide to sell. I truly understand buying and selling a home is an emotional and stressful event.  With these in mind, I work tirelessly for my clients and derive great pleasure guiding my clients through the buying and selling process as well as making it effortless.   With market knowledge, tremendous passion as well as continued education and training, I bring much value-added services to my clients.  Coverage Area: I focus on residential real estate in Santa Clara County, including Cupertino, Saratoga, Fremont, San Jose, i.e. San Francisco bay area.
